10. Expelled from the Uterus
This eCard is a great Birthday message to send to a friend. So much
so that we are going to use it ourselves. Then again, you need to have
friends to send Birthday messages to, don’t you? Could be worse, you
could send it to someone and it turns out they were a test-tube baby…
awkward!
9. Your Favorite Child
Have any siblings? Then send this to your Mom on Facebook, stand back
and enjoy. Talk about creating controversy in the family — all in good
fun though. It could be worse: It may backfire and your Mom may admit
that she hates you the most. If this situation occurs, it’s best not to
delete the post and just ride it out.
8. Happy Belated Birthday
Been here before. We don’t know about you, but if someone forgets our
Birthday we sure as hell are not going to remind them next year we know
it’s their birthday. It may save on money, but you also realise that no
one cares for you on your birthday. Unless, it’s your Birthday first.
That way you can forget theirs afterwards.
7. 24 Hours of Facebook Notifications
It’s kind of annoying yet there’s something good about it. On one hand
it’s annoying having Facebook notifications every 10 minutes, but, you
have the sense that people care it’s your birthday — usually be people
you’ve never talked to in real life and who only added you to use you
for Candy Crush!
6. You Already Know Too Much
It starts of sweet and innocent and then it turns a little creepy —
just like a real uncle. Go on, send it to your friend and when you both
have a little chuckle, add on the end “yeah, but seriously, you do know
too much”. It’s always fun to wind a friend up, right?
5. Remain With the Search Party
Nice to know someone loves you isn’t it? They have a point though, when
it rains all bets are off. Who has the time to get wet (sure there’s a
joke in there somewhere)?
4. It’s Your Birthday Says Facebook
This eCard is so fitting as we do it ourselves. Not having the best
memory combined with not giving a sh*t, always means your birthday is
not going to be prioritized when day-to-day thinking. Then Facebook
comes a long and let’s us know when it’s your birthday…perfect. Then
again, now we have to say Happy Birthday to the people we don’t like —
you can no longer say you’ve forgot. But what can you do?
3. Amish You
Amish you! We see what you’ve done there. The joke is subtle yet funny.
If you send this to someone and they reply with “I don’t get it” then
please unfriend them on Facebook and never talk to them again. All they
are doing is making you more stupid than you need to be.
2. Thinking of You
You know when you’re about to drop the biggest of deuces and you are
texting your friend back? Well that means they probably do the same. Why
do you think so many people at work pretend to go to the toilet
throughout the day? It’s not as fun to think about this when you’ve just
received a text from your dad though.
1. Feeling Sorry for Your Age
This eCard is quite funny for your friend who’s just turned 30 as a joke, but it’s not so funny for your 93-year-old grandma.
Just a note to make you feel bad: When it’s your friends birthday you
get older too (No sh*t you say. It just makes you think about your age
that’s all).
